I was given a microwave brownie recipe by , using millet, chickpea flour, and flaxseed/chia that I've been wanting to try. I'm so glad I did, because it was fantastic! So much so, I wanted to make it again and try out an avacado/coconut oil/peach puree she also recommended, and then I got the idea to make a mini brownie cake using that and some almond butter. Everything was so good, definitely a keeper!

No no, I microwaved 2 brownies, in coffee mugs, and then decorated them.

Thanks! This was one of the more difficult presentations, because the almond butter either kept sticking to my fingers, or tried melting away. I had to work on it for a little, stick it in the freezer for about half an hour, work on it some more, freeze it, etc. Anything to get a decent photo, though
